A basic understanding of intellectual property rights, and the current global market for ‘symbolic goods’, will be important to locate art business practices in a broader context. Teaching is based at the School of Law’s postgraduate centre and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies , located in Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
